Wouter Jansen

Wouter Jansen is a lead engineer currently working at Squad Mobility. They previously served as a vehicle performance lead and vehicle dynamics expert at Lightyear, where they developed a comprehensive vehicle performance model and contributed to the design of suspension and braking systems for the company's first driving prototype. Wouter interned at Tesla, where they focused on vehicle dynamics and control algorithms for active safety functions. They also gained experience at ASML and The Ocean Cleanup, where they analyzed machine performance and worked on simulation environments, respectively. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Control Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft.
