Lucy Arnold

Lucy Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lucy has recently worked as a Head of Product at Chptr since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as VP, Product at Squadformers starting from March 2022.

Lucy also has experience at Zero (zerogrocery.com) as a Head of Product from July 2021 to March 2022, and as a Product Manager from September 2020 to July 2021. Additionally, they have worked as the first FT Product hire at HubHaus, a coliving/cohousing startup, from May 2019 to February 2020 as a Product Manager.

In the past, Lucy served as the Director of Product Development at Jonny On It in 2018, and as a Product Consultant in a self-employed capacity from August 2016 to December 2018.

Lucy has also worked at 22otters as a Product Manager from October 2014 to July 2016, where they collaborated with executive, content, and software engineering teams to develop new products. Lucy also served as a Project Manager from April 2014 to October 2014, coordinating pilot studies and implementing services for healthcare providers.

Lucy started their career as a Research Assistant at Cornell University's Department of Government from August 2013 to April 2014, where they conducted research and compiled datasets. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Intern at The Brookings Institution in the Governance Studies department from June 2013 to August 2013.

Lucy's early professional experience includes an Advocacy Network Intern role at the Bipartisan Policy Center from September 2012 to December 2012, where they researched policy issues, lobbied Congress, and assisted with outreach and development efforts.

Lucy Arnold attended Cornell University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Government and English. In 2006, they enrolled at Phillips Academy (Andover) and completed their education there in 2010, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.

Later, in 2017, Lucy completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Quantic School of Business and Technology. The field of study for their MBA is not provided. Continuing their education, Lucy obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Entrepreneurship from the UCL School of Management from 2020 to 2021.

In terms of certifications, Lucy obtained an Email Marketing Certification and an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in July 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2015.
