Donna Thornton

Donna Thornton has an extensive work experience, beginning with their role as a Supervisor at McDonald's in 1983. Donna then moved up to the role of General Manager and then Director of Operations. In 2000, they became a Training Consultant, where they were responsible for conducting management-training classes and developing area supervisor classes. In 2007, they became Operations Manager/Director at Retzer Group, where they liaised with executives to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. In 2011, they were Operations Manager/Director at Century Management LLC, where they were responsible for ensuring the successful operations of 14 restaurants. Finally, in 2019, they became an Account Executive at Squadle, Inc.

Donna Thornton has completed an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Houston Community College from 1982 to 1984. Donna also holds a Certificate in Project Management and Project Leadership from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2018. Additionally, they are a ServSafe Examination Certified Proctor from ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor, which they obtained in February 2019. Donna also has two additional certifications from McDonald's in Partnering for Business Results and Presentation Skills.
