Todd Grant has over 28 years of work experience. Todd began their career in 1993 as a Director of Business Development at Globalware Solutions. In 1998, they founded New Territories, Inc., a technology-enabled Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) enterprise focused on Supply Chain Management solutions. Under their leadership, the company secured over $50 million in new revenue and was honored as an INC500 company. In 2009, they became the Chief Revenue Officer at DS Graphics and launched a Professional Services consulting practice offering technology-enabled print management solutions. In 2011, they joined LogicBay as Chief Revenue Officer and conceived and launched a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. In 2013, they became Co-Founder and President & Chief Revenue Officer of SquadLocker, where they were responsible for corporate transformation from a single brand company to a tech-enabled SaaS business. In 2019, they became Chief Revenue Officer at MaxOne and Volunteer/Advisor at Social Enterprise Greenhouse. Most recently, in 2021, they joined OWN IT System as Principal and Sports Science/Performance Wearable Expert. In 2022, they became an Early-stage Start Up Mentor at Stadia Ventures.

Todd Grant attended Moses Brown School from 1980 to 1984. Todd then attended Tulane University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a BSM in Business. In 1996, they went on to pursue an MBA at Northeastern University, which they completed in 1999.
