Tracy Kelvey

Tracy Kelvey has worked in customer service roles since 2009. In that time, they have worked for CVS Health, where they were a Shift Supervisor and then a Pharmacy Technician. Tracy then worked for Tunstall as a Customer Service Representative, and then for NTT DATA Services as a Senior Customer Service Specialist. Since 2021, they have been a Customer Service Specialist for SquadLocker, where they assist customers with product questions, creates sheets to compile backordered items, and works on a back order management SOP.

Tracy Kelvey obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from William E. Tolman High School between 2002 and 2006. Tracy also holds certifications as a Cosmetologist and Hairdresser from Rob Roy Academy and as a Pharmacy Technician from the State of Rhode Island.
