Laura Kightlinger is a Customer Leader Coach & Fractional Exec at Squadra, a collective of seasoned professionals offering on-demand services to startups and scale-ups. Laura is also an Advisor at Women in Customer Success and holds various coaching roles at ScaleWise, Sales Impact Academy, and Pavilion. Previously, Laura served as the VP Customer Success - International at Seismic, where Laura led the European CSM team and supported significant company growth. Laura also has experience as the Director of Customer Success at Qubit and served in recruiting and financial analyst roles at DocuSign and Google.
