At Squadron Legal, we exist to solve one of the most expensive problems a law firm faces: the wrong hire.

We are a legal-exclusive recruiting firm built for small and midsize law firms that are ready to scale and can't afford to get hiring wrong. From associates and paralegals to intake specialists, legal assistants, and office managers, we place the people who keep a practice running and growing.

What sets us apart is simple: we've worked inside law firms. We understand billable hours, trial prep, utilization rates, and the real cost when a role goes unfilled or is filled with the wrong person. Most recruiters don't get that. We do.

Every candidate we present has been evaluated through our proprietary Legal Talent Scorecard, assessing legal readiness, cultural fit, and proven performance. You won't wade through a stack of resumes. You'll meet a shortlist of people who are actually ready.

Our process is high-touch, transparent, and built around your firm's growth goals, not just your open requisitions. We're not order takers. We're talent partners.
