Sushmita Mishra

Sushmita Mishra is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition at SquadStack. Prior roles include Senior People Partner and positions focused on People Success and Employee Experience. Sushmita has also worked as an HR Associate at UST Global, a Talent Acquisition Consultant at New Era India, and commenced a career as a Trainee at Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday). Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Lucknow, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business/Commerce from the same university, obtained in 2014.
