Emil Adamik has a diverse work experience in various sectors. Emil started their career as a Student Research Assistant at Deutscher Bundestag in 2017, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in research and support roles. In 2020, Emil interned at Accenture and worked as an Intern in Strategy Consulting. Later that year, they joined Deutscher Bundestag again, this time as a Research Assistant, and worked until 2021. In 2021, Emil joined Kienbaum, a consulting company, where they worked in Public Sector Consulting until 2022. Currently, Emil is working as a Sustainable Policy Officer at SQUAKE, starting from November 2022.

Emil Adamik has a diverse education history in the field of political science and horn. Emil began their educational journey in 2015 as a Jungstudent at Universität der Künste Berlin, focusing on horn studies. In 2016, they enrolled in Freie Universität Berlin for their bachelor's degree in Politikwissenschaften (Political Science), which they successfully completed in 2020. During the academic year 2020-2021, Emil pursued further studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where they pursued a Master's degree in Political Science and Current Democracies. From 2021 to 2022, they continued their academic pursuits at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, working towards a Master of Arts degree in Politikwissenschaften. Emil's education journey reflects their passion for both political science and music, showcasing their dedication to these fields of study.
