Oskars Sirsons has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Oskars started their career in 2006 at AS Swedbank, where they worked as a Customer Consultant and later as a Branch Administrator. In these roles, they focused on customer service, product consultation, and sales.

Sirsons then joined SIA Linstow Center Management in 2008 as an Electronic Service Administrator. Oskars managed electronic loyalty and gift card processes, participated in product development, and trained staff at the mall information center.

In 2010, Sirsons moved to SIA Lattelecom BPO as an Active Sales Representative for a brief period. Oskars then joined SIA Bite Latvija as a Customer Care Consultant, where they provided customer service, product knowledge, and sales support. Oskars later took on roles as a Team Leader and Call Center Manager, responsible for employee coordination, training, and motivation.

From 2013 to 2015, Sirsons worked at SIA Statoil Fuel & Retail Latvia as a Corporate Customer Relation Manager. Oskars'sresponsibilities included managing the B2B product portfolio, attracting new customers, retaining existing customers, and analyzing purchase habits to increase service usage.

In 2015, they joined SQUALIO as the Head of Small & Medium Business Sales Group, where they focused on sales and support for small and medium-sized businesses. In 2017, Sirsons transitioned to the role of Head of Logistics & Sales Support Group within the same company.

Most recently, in 2021, Sirsons joined Noventiq as the Head of Logistics & Sales Support Group for Microsoft Operations CEE & MEA.

Oskars Sirsons started their education journey in 1994 at Riga Central Primary School, where they obtained their primary school diploma in 1997. Oskars then attended Gymnasium of Natalia Draudzina from 1997 to 2006 and successfully obtained their high school diploma. In 2006, Oskars enrolled in the Banking Institution of Higher Education, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in finance. However, they did not complete the degree as their education at the institution lasted until 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Oskars has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2016, they acquired the Business Productivity Consultant certification from Gustav Käser Training International's Microsoft Business Productivity Academy. Oskars further expanded their expertise in the field by obtaining the Microsoft Certified Professional designation in January 2018. In the same year, they also completed the Exam 717: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales from Microsoft. Most recently, in February 2019, they obtained a certification called "Elements of AI" from the University of Helsinki.
