Mat Berkholtz

Mat Berkholtz, CSP, is a Certified Safety Professional currently serving as the Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety at SQUAN since 2025. Previously, Mat held several significant roles, including Director of Safety at Wind River Environmental and Chief of Safety and Training at General Dynamics American Overseas Marine. With extensive experience in developing and implementing safety programs across various industries, Mat has successfully managed safety standards and compliance, ensuring the protection of employees and resources. Mat earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2006.
