John Park

John Park worked as the Office Manager at Squanch’s west coast studio for the first couple of years, he recently transitioned into a Coordinator role in People Operations; People Ops, or POps for short). It’s his job to help keep the proverbial wheels turning and implement solutions to improve morale while looking out for his fellow Squanchers, ensuring they’re equipped with all they need so they can bring their A-game and maximize productivity on the daily. He also handles a lot of the onboarding procedures and protocols for new hires joining the company, working closely with the Systems Administrator and Recruiter.
