Libby MacKinnon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in programme and project management, particularly in the defence and security sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Squarcle, Libby previously held roles including Defence, Security and Transport Sector Consultant at PA Consulting and Programme Manager for a major UK/Omani Defence and Security event at the UK Ministry of Defence. With a strong background in supply chain analysis and operations management from their time at Defence Equipment & Support and the Royal Air Force, Libby holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from Cranfield University.
