Joy Knuelle

Joy Knuelle has a diverse work experience in the education industry. Joy started their career as a Principal's Secretary/Bookkeeper at Orange County Public Schools from 2008 to 2010. Joy then transitioned to an Elementary School Teacher role at the same school from 2010 to 2017. As a team leader, they handled difficult conversations with peers and parents, developing strong communication skills.

In 2017, Joy joined Lotus School for Excellence as a Long Term Substitute Teacher and was later hired full time. Joy successfully managed a challenging class, demonstrating their ability to motivate, educate, and deliver results for success. During their time at the school, they also launched new partnerships with local community organizations, enhancing student understanding and engagement.
