Ranjini S.

Ranjini S. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ranjini started their career as a Recruitment Manager at University of Sheffield Enterprise, where they developed recruitment strategies and helped design products and communications for a student-led business enterprise. Following this, they gained experience as a Business Strategies Intern at KPMG India, working on multiple projects for clients in different industries. Ranjini conducted secondary research and contributed to supply chain management, mergers and acquisitions, investment strategy, and strategic options assessment.

Subsequently, Ranjini worked as a Resident Writer at Lutalica, where they honed their writing skills. Ranjini then took on the role of Curriculum Manager (Neuro-Based) at Square Panda India, where they were responsible for managing the curriculum for neuro-based learning programs. Ranjini moved on to become the Manager for Research and Learning Design at Square Panda Inc., where they currently work.

In addition to their professional experience, Ranjini also had research internships at The University of Sheffield. Ranjini worked under Dr Mirre Simons, focusing on understanding the genetic basis of aging and using animal models for research. Ranjini also served as the Inclusions and Academics Officer for the Biology Society, representing the interests of international students and minority groups within the department. Ranjini demonstrated leadership skills as the President of the Open Space Society, a music and performance student society.

Outside of their professional and academic pursuits, Ranjini excelled as a badminton player, winning matches in England and India, and captaining their team.
