Nate Lewellyn

Nate Lewellyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. At PeopleScout, Nate served as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, executing strategic staffing initiatives and managing candidate selection processes. Following this role, Nate was a Recruiting Coordinator at Harry's, Inc., where the focus was on enhancing candidate experiences and ensuring data accuracy using Greenhouse ATS. As a Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Nate significantly improved representation within the organization. Nate also provided managerial support as an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer and VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, optimizing workflow and facilitating strategic initiatives. Currently, Nate holds the position of People & Operations Specialist at Square Roots, managing employee lifecycle functions and compliance tasks. In addition, Nate is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Northwestern University.
