Sourasis Roy

Sourasis Roy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sourasis is currently the Senior Vice President of Technology at Square Yards since March 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded AMORQA in November 2018 and served as a Co-Founder until March 2023. Sourasis also held the position of Chief of Engineering at SwitchMe Technologies and Services from January 2015 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from September 2012 to December 2014. Sourasis also served as the CTO at secretsauce from July 2010 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, Sourasis worked as a Team Lead at Resorcetek Systems Pvt Ltd from September 2009 to June 2010. Sourasis was also associated with Valuepitch as part of their R&D team, where they played various roles such as project management, team building, and research from July 2007 to June 2009. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern developer in the R&D wing of Symantec Corp (Veritas) from January 2007 to June 2007, working on projects related to Veritas Cluster System development and HP-UX/VxFS integration.

Sourasis Roy completed their MSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Chennai Mathematical Institute between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their BSc in Mathematics from Presidency University, Kolkata.
