Sumit Jain

Sumit Jain has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Sumit currently serves as the Chief Business Officer - Channel Management at Square Yards, where they focus on building and managing the largest distribution network of independent real estate agents. Prior to this, Sumit worked at Lodha Group as the Head of Digital Distribution Business, where they led the establishment of a scalable digital acquisition channel and implemented innovative digital marketing strategies. Sumit also held the position of Head of Harbour Market at Lodha Group. Before joining Lodha Group, Sumit worked at Axis Bank, where they held several leadership positions including Head of Sales & Strategy, Digital Acquisition, Retail Banking. Sumit was responsible for setting up and managing a low-cost digital channel across product lines and achieved significant cost savings in customer acquisition. Sumit also worked at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where they served as Chief Manager, Business Excellence, Branch Manager, and Management Associate.

Sumit Jain completed their education at various institutions. Sumit obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow between 2003 and 2005. In 2018, they also completed an MDP (Accelerated Sales Force Performance Programme) at the Indian School of Business. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Delhi College of Engineering from 1999 to 2003. Sumit completed their secondary education, CBSE (PCMB), at Ahlcon Public School from 1994 to 1999. Sumit'sprimary education was completed at DAV, Noida between 1986 and 1994.
