Ali Schmidt

Ali Schmidt is an experienced professional in building science-backed consumer brands, currently serving as Head of Incubation at Squared Circles. They co-founded and acted as CEO of Zuzu Drinks from 2020 to 2024, and previously held key roles at Good Eggs, including Foodmaker Team Manager and Merchandising & Assortment Lead. Ali also worked as a Category Merchant Manager at Amazon and gained culinary experience as a Commis Chef and Baker. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Amherst College and an MBA from Stanford University, while continuing their culinary education at Ballymaloe Cookery School.
