Edward K. has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Edward is currently serving as the Managing Director at SquareFoot since September 2021. Prior to this, Edward worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years starting from 2009, where they held the role of Senior Associate - Brokerage Services. In this position, they provided commercial real estate advisory services to tenants and landlords in the New York Tri-State area. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Edward worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Associate, specializing as a tenant representation broker from January 2008 to January 2009. Additionally, they also worked at The Staubach Company as an Associate in 2008, primarily focusing on expanding the team's client base in the Nonprofit Sector and providing market and transaction support for existing clients.

Edward K. attended The Browning School from 1991 to 2002, where they completed their high school education. Edward then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations at Rollins College from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, Edward obtained a certificate in The Stern Advantage from New York University. Continuing their education at New York University, Edward completed a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Asset Management at the New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2016.
