Walter Qvam

Walter Qvam is a seasoned executive with 45 years of experience in management and board directorships in global technology companies. They served as President and CEO of KONGSBERG and held multiple board chair positions, including at SINTEF, PGS ASA, and HydrogenPro. Currently, Qvam is the Board Chair of Frøy AS and an Advisory Board Member at SquareHead Technology, while also engaging in strategic advisory and executive mentoring through Miway. Qvam holds a Master of Science in Maritime/Offshore Engineering from NTNU and specializes in corporate governance, technology strategy, and organizational development.
