Andi Oates

Andi Oates has over 20 years of experience in the human services field. Andi has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a Master's degree in Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University. Andi is currently the Director of Partner Integrations at Squaremouth.

Andi began their career as a computer consultant for Southern Family Insurance in 1998. In 1999, they became an in-home counselor for Camelot Care Centers, Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN. In 2000, they became the Director of Family Services Counseling for the TN Dept. of Human Services Families First program.

In 2002, Andi left the state government to become Office Manager for Dr. S. L. Geisser. In 2004, they became the Director of Operations for ROL Insurance Consulting. In 2014, they became the owner/case manager of S.I.U. Solutions. Andi has been with Squaremouth since 2017.

Andi Oates has a MA in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland and a BS in Biology from James Madison University.
