Ben Stemper

Ben Stemper is an accomplished Quantitative Researcher with expertise in fixed income options and risk analytics. Currently employed at Squarepoint Capital since May 2023, Stemper previously co-founded Grey Swan Finance and served as CEO, where responsibilities included raising pre-seed funding and leading customer research for a decentralized options exchange. Prior experience also includes a role as a Quantitative Researcher at Citadel working with the Global Fixed Income fund. Stemper holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, a Ph.D. in Mathematical Finance and Machine Learning from Technische Universität Berlin, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
