Christopher Newman

Christopher Newman has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Christopher started their career in 1990 as a Staff Accountant at Mortenson and Associates P.C. Christopher then worked as a Senior Accountant at Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, Christopher joined Millennium Management LLC as the Global Head of Operations where they played a key role in building the company's operating infrastructure and managing a global team of 50+. Christopher held this position for 20 years until 2014. From 2014 onwards, Christopher has been working at Squarepoint Capital as the Global Head of Operations.

Christopher Newman completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Seton Hall University from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Christopher Newman obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy in April 1996.
