Frank Panella

Frank Panella has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Frank started their career at Goldman Sachs in 2007 as a Structured Products Trade Support, where they gained knowledge in CDS, TRS, Interest Rate, and FX swaps. Frank also handled portfolio additions/removals and funding rolls with external counterparts and SPVs. In 2012, Frank joined Och-Ziff Capital Management as part of the Swaps Team, where they were responsible for daily position, cash, and trade break reconciliations for derivative products. Frank also produced month-end portfolio valuation packages. Currently, Frank is working at Squarepoint Capital since 2015 as the Operations Lead for the AMER Region and Head of OTC and Fixed Income Operations. Frank has been involved in infrastructure development, designing efficient trade capture, risk management, and reconciliation processes. Frank has also played a key role in launching new products in various asset classes, including CDS, IRS, MBS, Bonds, Volatility, Equities, and OTC products.

Frank Panella attended Fairfield University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
