Gian Wiher

Gian Wiher is a quantitative researcher at Squarepoint Capital since October 2022, previously serving as a data scientist at Unit8 from February to August 2022. Gian's earlier experience includes a research assistant role at the Institute for Machine Learning at ETH Zürich from September 2021 to January 2022, and teaching assistant positions at ETH Zürich during 2019 and 2020. Gian holds a master's degree in Data Science from ETH Zürich, attained in 2021, and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same institution, completed in 2019. Additional education includes a period at Københavns Universitet and a high school diploma from EMS Schiers.
