Mathias H.

Mathias H. is a seasoned quantitative trader currently employed at Squarepoint Trading Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mathias H. was on garden leave from November 2022 to April 2023. Mathias H. has extensive experience in power trading, having served as Lead Power Trader and Senior Power Trader at Danske Commodities from June 2019 to October 2022, focusing on Central Western Europe and Italy for short-term and long-term trading contracts. Previous roles include Cross Border Power Trader at Energi Danmark Group, where the focus was on day-ahead trading in Central Western Europe and Italy, as well as trading forward contracts in the Nordic and German markets. Earlier career experiences include positions at Nordea and Just-Eat Group. Mathias H. holds a Master in Finance (MSc) from Aarhus University, along with a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration from both Aarhus University and Hawaii Pacific University.
