Maxime Lenoir is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in quantitative finance and back-end development. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Squarepoint Capital since July 2022, Maxime is instrumental in building a next-generation trading framework for automated strategies and advancing the firm's adoption of Rust. Prior to this role, Maxime spent nearly a decade at BNP Paribas CIB, where responsibilities included developing robust and efficient software solutions for front office activities within the quantitative research team, specializing in advanced technologies such as Rust and Go. Maxime holds an MSc in Advanced Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning and Security from The University of Manchester, as well as an Engineer's degree from ENSIIE and a DUT in informatique from IUT de Clermont-Ferrand.
