Michael Gottlieb

Michael Gottlieb is a seasoned quantitative researcher currently employed at Squarepoint Capital since November 2018. Prior to this role, Michael served as Team Lead at Jump Trading LLC from May 2013 to November 2018 and held the position of Managing Director in the Quantitative Trading Group at Merrill Lynch from May 2005 to May 2013. Earlier in the career, Michael was Vice President at Morgan Stanley from April 1999 to May 2005 and began as an Engineer at Lucent Technologies, Bell Labs from May 1997 to April 1999. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ternopil State 'Ivan Pul'uj' Technical University.
