Zhongyang Li

Zhongyang Li is a Quantitative Researcher at Squarepoint Capital since October 2021, specializing in equity statistical arbitrage. Previously, Zhongyang held roles at Millennium Advisors, LLC, first as VP and Associate in Quantitative Research focused on fixed income market making. Experience also includes a summer analyst position at PanAgora Asset Management, where machine learning techniques were utilized to forecast company fundamentals, and internships at UBS and UBP - Union Bancaire Privée, involved in programming and modeling, respectively. Early career experience encompasses trading strategy research at CICC and foundational finance exposure at Ping An Securities Company. Zhongyang holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Fudan University, along with passing CFA Level III. Additionally, an exchange program was completed at the University of Zurich.
