Nicole Cooper

Nicole Cooper is the Chief Executive Officer of Squarerigger, Inc., where they lead the modernization of a 40-year legacy platform into a scalable, browser-based SaaS solution for fleet maintenance and shop operations, focusing on automation, integration, and AI-driven insights. They previously launched and led Megaport’s North American business, growing it from zero to $28M ARR and building high-performing teams across sales, marketing, customer success, solution architecture, and partner ecosystems. Earlier, they spent nearly 16 years at XO Communications, managing global and wholesale carrier relationships across the U.S. and APAC, and were responsible for up to $25M in annual revenue. They began their career at Call America, moving from intern to wholesale sales leader during a period of rapid industry change. They attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1991 to 1996.
