Elango Balusamy

Elango Balusamy is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services and Co-founder/CTO at SquareShift, a rapidly growing technology consulting firm based in Singapore. With a strong background in fintech, Balusamy previously held positions as Chief Technology Officer and CISO at WeInvest, where development focused on investment management services for affluent clients in South and Southeast Asia. Earlier roles include Director of Product Development at Pointillist, VP Engineering and CISO at WeLab Limited, and Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where effective agile management was implemented. Balusamy's technical career began at Oracle as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from St Joseph's College of Engineering.
