Alecia G.

Alecia G. is an experienced professional in trust and safety, currently serving as the Trust & Safety Lead at Squarespace since November 2020, following roles as a Trust & Safety Specialist and in a Trust & Safety Residency. Prior to Squarespace, Alecia worked at Airbnb from August 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included responding to discrimination reports and enforcing the Nondiscrimination Policy, as well as founding and leading the Able@ Employee Resource Group for disabled employees. Additional experience includes roles at Moonstruck Chocolate Co. and Sozo Tea and Coffee, focusing on customer service and team management. Alecia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Portland State University and has also served as a Teaching Assistant at Southwestern Oregon Community College.
