Ann Kirkpatrick

Ann Kirkpatrick has extensive experience in customer support and media production. Currently serving as Product Support Senior Team Lead at Squarespace since June 2014, Ann manages a team of advanced support specialists and drives projects aimed at enhancing customer support efficiency. Previously, Ann held roles as Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Advisor at Squarespace, where responsibilities included managing teams and providing customer assistance for website creation. Ann’s earlier experience includes producing the biweekly radio program "The Non-Profit Hour" at XRAY.FM and serving as Public Affairs Director at KSPC 88.7 FM Claremont, where management of student radio journalists and hosting a public affairs show were key duties. Ann holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Spanish from Scripps College, earned in 2014.
