Brian Young

Brian Young is an experienced professional in product support and community management, currently serving as the Senior Product Support Lead at Squarespace since September 2019. In this role, Brian formulates product support strategies and represents customer operations across product teams while executing advanced troubleshooting and addressing platform bugs. Prior to Squarespace, Brian held multiple roles at Videolicious, including Senior Community Manager and Director of Training & Support, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and team mentorship during the company's acquisition by Squarespace. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as Course Director for Advanced Audio Post Production at Full Sail University, focusing on workflow development and student progress documentation. Brian holds an AAS in Recording Arts Technology from Full Sail University and additional education from Valencia College.
