Diamond M. currently serves as the Talent Brand Lead at Squarespace since May 2021, previously holding the title of Talent Brand & Marketing Lead. Prior experience includes significant roles at Warner Music Group from July 2016 to April 2021, where Diamond M. managed full-cycle recruitment for various corporate positions, overseeing an average of 20 requisitions and successfully building out the Global Data Operations department. Earlier experience includes positions at Viacom as an Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Assistant, where recruitment focused on various functions and development of candidate pipelines. Diamond M. has also held internships at Coach, contributing to talent acquisition and management, along with a notable role in multicultural recruitment at Dickinson College, where enrollment goals for students of color were surpassed. Diamond M. earned a degree in Art History with a focus on Studio Art from Dickinson College and has also engaged in educational programs at the University of East Anglia and SEEDS - Access Changes Everything.
