Eric Decker

Eric Decker is a Senior Engineering Manager at Squarespace since July 2020, leading teams focused on enhancing core tools for website management within the CMS and overseeing internal platform extensibility. As Co-Chair of the Carespace Employee Resource Group, Eric supports employees with caregiving responsibilities for a two-year term starting in 2025. Previously, at ustwo, Eric served as Engineering Manager and Technology Director, contributing to the NY Studio's technology team during a transition disrupted by pandemic-related challenges. Over a twelve-year tenure at Firstborn, Eric held multiple roles, culminating as Vice President of Technology, where responsibilities included leading the technology team and managing several high-profile projects. Eric began a career at Workinman Interactive as a Junior Interactive Designer, developing Flash games for major clients. Eric holds a BFA in New Media Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
