Eric Leventhal

Eric Leventhal has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Director at Squarespace since February 2016, where prior roles included Senior Counsel and Commercial Counsel. Previously, Eric worked at Weil Gotshal and Manges from January 2012 to February 2016 as a Technology & Intellectual Property Transactions Associate and completed a one-year secondment as In-House Counsel at Panasonic. Eric's early career featured a legal intern position with Representative Elliott Naishtat, focusing on legislative drafting and analysis, as well as a role at HeadCount, Inc., where research and communication on election law and nonprofit bylaws were key responsibilities. Educational credentials include a JD from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
