Jessica Austerlitz

Jessica Austerlitz is an experienced professional in employee experience and event management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Experience & Events at Squarespace since February 2018, after progressing from the role of Manager in the same department. Prior to Squarespace, Jessica held the position of Employee Engagement Manager at Etsy from May 2016 to February 2018, and briefly worked as Director of Events on a contract basis at Kickstarter in late 2015. Jessica's career began at Google, where event management skills were honed from May 2008 to June 2013, followed by a role as Senior Event Planner at FETE NY from 2006 to 2008. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from New York University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
