Raphael Fontes

Raphael Fontes serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Squarespace, overseeing a global team of over 400 professionals across various departments, including Customer Support, Product Operations, Customer Education, and Insights and Analytics. Prior to this role, Raphael held multiple leadership positions within Squarespace, significantly expanding the Dublin operations team from 30 to over 110 members. Previous experience includes positions at Google, where Raphael managed diverse teams focused on product quality operations and anti-spam initiatives, as well as managing online operations across several regions in Latin America and Europe. An MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá complement Raphael's extensive professional background in operations and marketing.
