Shea Bartel

Shea Bartel has extensive experience in customer operations and design, currently serving as a Customer Operations Team Lead at Squarespace since May 2016 and as Owner/Designer at Balia Jewelry since December 2020. Previous roles include Freelance Fabricator at Square Design Inc. and Design Fab Inc., Artist Assistant at Doug Argue Studio Inc. and Mike Perry, Freelance Model Builder at Kennedy Fabrications, Inc., and various positions in the food service and graphic design industries. Shea holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, with earlier education at Pratt Institute. Additionally, Shea contributes to the cultural narrative through a bi-monthly comic strip for Cultural Weekly.
