Susan Yoon

Susan Yoon is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors, currently serving as Senior Team Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter at Squarespace since May 2017. In this role, Susan leads recruiting efforts for Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Databases, and Machine Learning. Prior to Squarespace, Susan held positions including Manager of US Campus Recruitment at Cognizant and Campus Recruiter at AOL, where responsibilities included executing full life-cycle university recruitment and building strong partnerships with educational institutions. Susan began a career in recruitment at Samsung Electronics as an Assistant Manager, focusing on MBA and intern recruitment, and has also contributed to career preparation as a Mock Interviewer at Penn State University. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from Rutgers University.
