Veronica Tello

Veronica Tello is an experienced leader in customer operations and service, currently serving as Team Lead at Squarespace since September 2022, where management of a team of 10 professionals focuses on excellence and innovation. Previously, from September 2018 to August 2022, Veronica held the position of Director of Customer Service at Charitybuzz, coordinating staff meetings and communication on strategic initiatives, and served as Customer Service Manager, where recruitment and performance assessment were crucial. Prior experience includes working as Associate Store Manager at Buffalo Exchange, managing a high-performing team and maintaining profitable inventory, and as a Legal Assistant at Martin R Munitz, overseeing case file management and drafting legal documents. Veronica holds a User Experience Design certification from BrainStation and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from The City College of New York.
