Wayne Chang

Wayne Chang serves as the Assistant General Counsel and Director at Squarespace since September 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Counsel. Prior to this, Wayne was an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, teaching a course on technology law. Wayne's extensive legal experience includes leading the legal team at Zocdoc as Deputy General Counsel, advising on technology transactions, intellectual property, and data privacy. Wayne has also practiced at prestigious law firms such as Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, focusing on technology transactions and intellectual property. Wayne holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
