Colleen Murphy

Colleen Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner success management, sales operations, and customer service across multiple telecommunications companies. Currently serving as a Partner Success Manager and previously holding the title of Training Manager at SquareTrade since May 2016, Colleen's prior roles include Indirect Account Manager at MetroPCS, where outstanding performance in exceeding sales goals was achieved, and significant leadership was demonstrated through managing a sales team. Colleen's earlier career at SPRINT/NEXTEL involved various positions, including Implementation Specialist and Business Customer Service Specialist, where exceptional customer retention rates and training initiatives were maintained. Colleen began the career as a Corporate Sales Coordinator at Nextel Communications and as a Wireless Consultant at Nextel Retail Stores, consistently ranking among top performers.
