Dinah Kolka

Dinah Kolka is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across customer service, operations, and interpretation. As the founder of Decadent Serpent since October 2024, Dinah has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previous roles include Email Customer Advisor at People's Energy and Blended Customer Service Advisor at Utility Warehouse. Dinah has also served as Operations Analyst at Squeaky and held positions at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, including PlayStation Support Supervisor and Escalation Agent. As a Freelance Interpreter for DA Languages, Dinah provided consecutive interpretation services. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Edinburgh Napier University and a HNC in Communication and Media Studies from Edinburgh College, complemented by studies in French Language and Literature at the University of Gdansk.
