Zach Poland

Zach Poland is an accomplished business strategist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Strategist at Conflow Strategic LLC since January 2019, Zach specializes in helping small business owners optimize their operations and financials through proprietary software solutions. As an Acquisition Entrepreneur and Growth Partner at Capital Wealth Group LLC since September 2015, Zach invests in companies with high-character leaders, focusing on sustainable growth. Additional ventures include managing real estate investments through Hezuga, LLC, ownership of the Squeegee Squad franchise, and operating Poland Aquatics LLC for swimming pool maintenance. Zach previously held managerial roles at Affordable Mudjacking Concrete Lifting and Affordable Mudjacking, successfully enhancing revenue and operations. Earlier career experience includes serving as General Superintendent at KC GUNITE INC and Estimator/Project Manager at Midland Plastering Co. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri and completed military leadership training with the USMC.
