Ioane Delacruz has over 13 years of experience leading UX/UI for both enterprise and startup products, focusing on transforming complex requirements into intuitive user experiences that drive business results. They founded Updog.studio, where they provided end-to-end UX/UI consultation and developed comprehensive design systems, helping clients secure funding. Previously, Ioane worked as a UX Designer for Luxury Yacht Group and held various positions at notable companies, including Strava, Inc. and COG1, where they led design initiatives and user testing to enhance user engagement. Currently, they serve as the Director of Design at Yellow and as a Senior UX Designer at Squeeze, where they continue to implement data-driven design processes and scale design systems.
