Jen Person

Jen Person has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Math Intervention Teacher at Capitol Region Education Council for four years. In 2014, they transitioned to Apple, working as a Family Room Specialist until 2016. After that, they joined Advanced Systems Group, LLC in 2016 as a Training Specialist for ASG at Google. In this role, they developed the 1st Google iOS course, led a team of 8 professionals, and achieved significant enrollments and recognition. In 2017, Jen joined Google as a Developer Relations Engineer, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Developer Relations Lead at Squid Cloud, starting in 2023.

Jen Person obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University from 2007 to 2010. In 2016, they completed a Nanodegree in iOS development from Udacity. Later in the same year, they pursued a Java Programming and Software Engineering specialization created by Duke University on Coursera, though the degree is not specified. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance and also completed the Java Programming and Software Engineering Fundamentals Specialization on Coursera.
