Dave Stran has a diverse professional background with expertise in operations, strategy, and recruitment. From 2006 to 2013, Dave served as Project Resources Manager at Slalom Consulting, followed by a role as a Recruiter at Seattle Financial Staffing LLC from 1999 to 2002. Dave transitioned to entrepreneurship as Business Owner and Consultant at Avenue Recruiting, a position held from 2013 to 2023. In 2021, Dave co-founded Squillo, a technology startup focused on automated product, process, and workflow integration, emphasizing its competitive advantage and capital efficiency in the automation market.
